Works on end-to-end project delivery and client relationships, coordinating planning, communication, and onsite teams to keep each event running smoothly.

Oversees projects from planning to delivery, building strong client partnerships and leading the technical team through clear communication, training, and onsite leadership.
Han Sukhoon
Responsible for end-to-end technical setup, operation, and pack-down, ensuring consistent execution and attention to detail across both onsite and warehouse operations.
Tod Deeley
Keeps the warehouse running smoothly, coordinating equipment preparation, repairs and logistics, so every production leaves organised, tested and ready to go.

A Strong Beginning
Live Productions is founded, beginning operations from a humble garage with a focus on quality and personal service.
FIRST WAREHOUSE IN BALMAIN
The business moves into its first dedicated office and warehouse in Balmain, creating space for steady growth and a growing client base.
A BIGGER HOME IN MASCOT
Continued expansion leads to a larger warehouse and office in Mascot, supporting bigger events, more equipment, and a rapidly developing team.
NEW OWNERSHIP AND RENEWED MOMENTUM
The original founder sells the business to a new investor, keeping it family-owned and opening the door to the next chapter of growth. Live Productions also relocates to new premises in Kingsgrove, where the team continues to operate today.
A NEW ERA WITH A COMPLETE REBRAND
A full rebrand and the launch of a new website mark the start of a refreshed direction and an exciting new phase for the company.
