By managing global suppliers, adapting designs to each venue and leading onsite delivery at every location, we ensured the conference maintained a consistent, premium standard for its international executive audience.




Project Brief
Conexus Financial delivers its flagship Fiduciary Investors Symposium across four international locations each year — Singapore, Boston, Stanford University, and Oxford. As a premium event for senior executives from the world’s largest asset owners, the expectation is a consistently high-end, meticulously executed conference experience at every stop.
Challenges & Approach
The roadshow’s global footprint introduces complex logistical challenges: multiple suppliers, multiple venues, and multiple time zones — each with different capabilities, standards, and constraints. Our role is to coordinate all production elements across these regions, ensuring the event maintains a unified design language and the same level of quality regardless of geography.
We carefully plan every detail in advance, translating the Conexus brand into each venue’s unique environment, and we travel onsite to lead and direct the local teams through setup and throughout the three event days. This hands-on approach ensures consistency in staging, AV, creative, and show delivery across all four countries.

The result is a seamless international roadshow that looks and feels like a single, cohesive conference — despite being delivered across four vastly different venues and markets. Built around a large LED presentation environment and themed around Old Hollywood, the event combined cinematic visuals, polished stage production, and seamless presenter delivery to create a premium experience for NBCUniversal’s key partners.

Creating a High-Impact Conference With a Hidden Opening Reveal
The AFG Next Conference required a large-scale, polished plenary setup supported by multiple breakouts, along with a fully hidden reveal for AFG’s 40th Birthday. Through custom concealment, precise rigging and a choreographed sequence of lighting, music, kabuki and confetti, we delivered a high-impact opening moment that elevated the entire event experience.
