NBCUniversal Key Partner Summit 2026
A high-impact partner event designed to showcase upcoming content and strategic initiatives. Built around a large LED presentation environment and themed around Old Hollywood, the event combined cinematic visuals, polished stage production, and seamless presenter delivery to create a premium experience for NBCUniversal’s key partners.




NBCUniversal engaged us to deliver the production for their Key Partner Summit 2026, an annual partner event designed to showcase upcoming content, products, and strategy. The brief was to recreate the high-impact presentation environment of previous years while adapting the visual design to a new “Old Hollywood” theme.
The plenary space needed to centre around a large LED video wall capable of displaying vibrant movie trailers and high quality content, while supporting six presenters delivering scripted segments via autocue.
While the core format of the summit was established, the creative challenge was to introduce an additional scenic element that would reinforce the Old Hollywood aesthetic without distracting from the screen content. At the same time, the event had a compressed timeline, requiring full setup and rehearsals within a single day.
Our solution was to build a large truss frame around the LED wall, draped in rich red fabric to evoke the look of a classic cinema stage. This created a dramatic focal point while complementing the content-driven LED display. We enhanced the atmosphere with moving lighting effects, carefully positioned comfort monitors and foldback screens, and a comprehensive autocue system to ensure presenters could deliver their scripts confidently and smoothly.
Beyond the main room, we extended the theme into the venue’s pre-function areas using LED poster displays and TV screens to showcase NBCUniversal content and intellectual property.
Heavy rain throughout the day created additional logistical challenges during bump-in. Several floor plan elements needed to be adjusted on the fly, and our team worked carefully to protect equipment and maintain the installation schedule.
The result was a polished, cinematic event environment that successfully brought the Old Hollywood theme to life while maintaining the high technical standard expected of the summit. Presentations ran smoothly, the LED content looked exceptional, and the venue delivered a cohesive branded experience from the entrance through to the plenary space.
Despite difficult weather conditions and a tight timeline, the event was delivered on schedule and received excellent feedback from the NBCUniversal team.

Creating a High-Impact Conference With a Hidden Opening Reveal
The AFG Next Conference required a large-scale, polished plenary setup supported by multiple breakouts, along with a fully hidden reveal for AFG’s 40th Birthday. Through custom concealment, precise rigging and a choreographed sequence of lighting, music, kabuki and confetti, we delivered a high-impact opening moment that elevated the entire event experience.

Conexus Financial engaged us to coordinate and deliver its flagship Fiduciary Investors Symposium across Singapore, Boston, Stanford University and Oxford. By managing global suppliers, adapting designs to each venue and leading onsite delivery at every location, we ensured the conference maintained a consistent, premium standard for its international executive audience.
