Hyatt Regency Sydney is a major hotel and events venue in Sydney’s CBD, overlooking Darling Harbour. With two pillarless ballrooms, flexible meeting rooms and dedicated event facilities, it is well suited to conferences, gala dinners, awards nights, corporate meetings and multi-room programs.

Hyatt Regency Sydney provides a great blank canvas for large, medium or small scale events. A variety of room sizes and configuations means there is a solution for every event, and with great access and extensive rigging available there is a lot that can be achived in terms of production. We regularly help clients deliver great events at the Hyatt Regency and have a great working relationship with the venue and the in house AV team, who are always happy to support external production teams.
The 850-square-metre Grand Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Darling Harbour and can be divided into two rooms. The Maritime Ballroom can be divided into four spaces, providing flexibility for conferences, gala dinners and multi-room programs.
The Upper Deck offers an indoor and outdoor event space for up to 200 guests, while a range of smaller meeting rooms supports board meetings, workshops and conference breakouts.
